Dream Town Prop Modeling

In this project, I created both a prop and supporting environmental assets. The modeling was done in Blender. After completing the UV layout, I textured the asset using a PBR workflow in Substance Painter. I generated Albedo, Roughness, Normal, and AO maps. Baking was handled in Marmoset Toolbag, where I also rendered the final images. The asset is optimized for in-game use.
